1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dmhq.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

dmhq.net is an all-in-one marketing platform to help grow and manage relationships.

3. User Accounts

3.1. You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.3. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

4.1. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service.

4.2. By posting content, you grant dmhq.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

5.1. Violate any laws or regulations.

5.2. Infringe upon the rights of others.

5.3. Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5.4. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by dmhq.net and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall dmhq.net, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.

10. Pricing and Payments

10.1. Subscription Cost: The fees for using dmhq.net ("Subscription Costs") are set forth on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our costs at any time upon notice to you.

10.2. Billing Cycle: Subscription Costs are billed in advance on a [monthly/annual] basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

10.3. Usage Costs: In addition to Service Fees, you agree to maintain a valid payment method ("Wallet") on file with us to cover any additional costs incurred through your use of the Service ("Usage Costs"). See Additional Costs Section on our pricing page to view included usage costs.

10.4. Automatic Billing: You agree that we may charge your Wallet for all Usage Costs incurred. If your Wallet becomes invalid or your payment is declined, you have 7 days to provide a new, valid payment method. If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

10.5. Taxes: Our fees do not include any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments of any nature, including, for example, value-added, sales, use or withholding taxes, assessable by any jurisdiction (collectively, "Taxes"). You are responsible for paying all Taxes associated with your purchases.

10.6. Payment Disputes: If you dispute any charges you must let us know within 60 days after the date that we invoice you. All amounts paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Terms.

10.7. Price Changes: We may change the fees for our Service at any time. If we increase fees, we will provide you with notice of the fee increase at the email address on record at least 30 days before the increase takes effect.

10.8. Wallet Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Wallet information. dmhq.net is not responsible for any unauthorised access to or use of your Wallet.

10.9. Cancellation and Termination: You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle. You will be responsible for all charges incurred up to the time of cancellation. We reserve the right to collect fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before your cancellation.
